General terms of sale
This English translation is provided for convenience. The French version of these terms of sale is the reference version and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
These general terms of sale apply to the services provided by Kabil Climatech Solutions SARL (ICE 002269814000010), whose registered office is located at Commune Tassoultante, N° 88 Chams Al Madina 4, Marrakech 40065.
1. Purpose
They govern the installation, repair, servicing and maintenance services in air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, plumbing and solar offered by Kabil Clim, as well as the supply of the related equipment.
2. Quote requests
Requesting a quote, including through the form on this website, is free and without commitment. It does not create any obligation to order.
3. Quotes and orders
Each job is covered by a quote specifying the nature of the work, the equipment supplied, the price, the timeframe and the payment terms. The order is formed when the customer accepts the quote in writing. In the event of a discrepancy between the accepted quote and these terms, the quote prevails.
4. Prices and payment
The applicable prices are those shown on the accepted quote. Payment terms and due dates are specified on the quote and on the invoice.
5. Performance of the work
The customer provides access to the work site and informs Kabil Clim of any specific constraints (rooftop access, working hours, building co-ownership approvals…). The timeframes shown on the quote depend in particular on equipment availability.
6. Warranties
The equipment supplied is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, under the manufacturer's terms. The warranty terms specific to each service are specified on the quote.
7. Maintenance contract
- One-year term, automatically renewable
- Termination with two months' notice, by email or registered letter
- Flat-rate price, revisable each year
- Termination possible in the event of non-payment after 15 days' notice
8. Personal data
The information provided by the customer is used solely to process their request, in accordance with our privacy policy and Law 09-08.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Marrakech.
